sin o man bi ang antigu mag luto it bopis dyan?ang namit gid bala nga bopis,may buyseta este bisita bay ko nga palamunun hay bopis gid kunu ang paborito....ano man taya naga laway run takun..haruuuuy jus ko!!!!! What a Face

BOPES
INGREDIENTS:
1 kl. pork lungs
1/4 kl. pork fat
oil for sauteeing
1 whole garlic-minced
1 med. onion-chopped finely
3 med. tomatoes-chopped
venigar
2 med. radishes-cut into thin strips
4 med. bell peppers[red & green-thin strips]
salt to taste
INGRDIENTS:
Wash & boil lungs,cool and dice.Sautee in oil onions,garlic,tomatoes.Add venigar[a little at a time acdg. to sourness you prefer].Simmer untilalmost dry.Add the radishes and pepper strips.Season w/ salt.Enjoy!!

I made the recipe in the healthier side,and I might post another version ,I'll call my Mother first,my Father was very good w/ this but sad to say ,he did'nt share the secrets of His cooking to any of us-me and my siblings.He was a Chef ,a very good one.Frankly speaking I do'nt do much Phil. cooking now ,it's more on American cooking depends on the nationality of the people I work for.At present I'm into Lebanese-Middle Eastern cooking.

Okey sabi ni Mother ko ,sa recipe ni Tatay ,walang radish ,pero may konting toyo maraming siling maanhang,everything are chopped.Same procedure.Happy cooking!

Ate terry, di ba me kulay ang bopis pag niluto?

i tried it mga 1 mo ago.. abaw ah, yellow ung nabili ko na kulay.. lam ko parang orange dapat un di ba.. ayun, ok sana lasa kaya lang daw ginausoy it akon mata ang orange color ng bopis.. susubukan ko uli base sa recipe mo..

I think atswete ang gamit,depende kung gusto mong may color,I want to try it also ,kaso bihira na akong mag meat ,fish and veggies na lang ,plus fruits na lang ang food ko .I'm taking medications na kasi for BP,ang mahal magkasakit dito pag walang health insurance,kaya I watch out what I eat.Kayong mga kabataan ,kainin nyo na lahat ang gusto kasi pag dating nyo sa stage ko wala na .Take the advice from the cook,na di makakain ng niluluto. Sad
